Learn a routine from the biggest West End stage shows and get the opportunity to perform in our end of term performance Shine on Sun 30 March.

Whether you love to sing, dance, act or even a combination of all three then this is the workshop for you. The workshop will start with a fun warm up and then you will be taught a routine to a big West End hit. This workshop is suitable for all levels and abilities.

Come hang upside down and explore trapeze, aerial hoop, cocoon and rope in this fun session for all levels.You will work in a small group with people of similar experience. After a warm up with special attention to backs, necks, hands and forearms your group will rotate around the 4 pieces of aerial kit. You will learn good technique, new skills and have time to practice.Parents/carers are invited to the studio for the last 10 minutes to watch what you have learnt..Hang tutors are all experienced aerialist teachers. and all have an enthusiasm for passing on aerial skills.

The family-friendly music extravaganza is designed to suit music fans of all ages, with tickets priced from just £25. With summer returning shortly, this is one festival that you will want to make sure you are at.

Katy B who has recently topped the UK charts says ‘I’m looking forward to playing such huge outdoor shows. This will definitely be a summer highlight for me.’ Girl group, Neon Jungle, echoed Katy with ‘We’re so excited to play this festival as we get to perform on the same stage as some of our favourite artists!’

New band Rixton have been causing a stir over the past few months and these shows will be their largest and first outdoor shows to date. They said, “We can’t believe we are playing this festival! It’s going to be the biggest crowd we’ll have performed to, we can’t wait to see all your faces!”

This is Dance City’s chance to show you the best of dance being created in the North East and from special invited guests from Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester and Edinburgh. The performance is often eclectic yet always fun and full of surprises.

Dance, text and song combine in this intrepid new work from Probe. Artistic Director Antonia Grove (twice Critics Circle and Time Out National Dance Awards nominee) brings together an extraordinary team of creative collaborators including director Jo McInnes (Royal Court), writer Brad Birch (Soho Theatre, Royal Court), choreographer Charlie Morrissey (Siobhan Davies) and songwriter Lee Ross, devised with performers Greig Cooke, Antonia Grove and composer Scott Smith.

Tour D'Horizon is a journey through illusion, boredom and hope as we witness the strange fate of one man who, for decades, lived in isolation on the coast of Brittany. As funny as it is fascinating, this piece is filled with T42's trademark beautiful choreography and is a brilliant way to discover dance for the first time.
