Wednesday 27th March – Full Closure – 20.00 to 06.00 Thursday 28th March – Full Closure – 20.00 to 06.00 Diversion will be via Redheugh Bridge 3 April 2024 – from 20.00 to 06.00 full road closure of the Tyne Bridge to allow the TM semi-permanent layout to be set-up 4 April 2024 – from 06.00, A167 open and reduced to one lane in both directions with east footway closure.
Description: 

Tyne Bridge works will begin with the A167 reduced to one lane in both directions and the east footway closed. The Traffic Management will vary throughout the works and there will be overnight closures. Please plan ahead for your journey and use alternative routes where possible.
