Come in from the cold and enjoy authentic home cooking from our Scottish host as part of the EAT! Fringe during Conversion Festival.

Inspired by the network of Cuban home restaurants that Fidel Castro first outlawed and later embraced, Paladares (which mean taste in Portuguese) are hosted by talented home cooks at secret venues to be revealed at the last minute.

After three years of thrilling EAT! diners, Colin Bradley is returning with a superb Scottish menu that twists and turns its way through traditional and moderns culture, and ingredients, of our neighbourhood to the North.

Tickets: £22 including 4 courses and BYOB.
